Return & Exchange
- Sale items, clearance items and promotional gifts are excluded from exchange.
- Items must be new with tags attached in order to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any return if the item is not in its original condition (new, with tag attached).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you request an exchange after 30 days of order delivery, a flat shipping fee will be charged for shipping the exchanged item.
Return & exchange shipping
- If the return is caused by the consumer (for example, Personal reasons for purchasing the wrong model number, etc.), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping charges. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to pay the shipping costs for this reason.

- Return labels or numbers

Following the instructions of our customer service team, carefully pack the items to be returned. Make sure the packaging meets our requirements and ship with a tracking service to ensure the safe arrival of the items.

Once we have received your returned items, we will carry out an inspection. The processing time may vary depending on the condition of the items and the inspection process. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Step 6: Notification of the refund
Once the refund processing is completed, you will receive a notification of the refund. The refund will be processed according to the original payment method and the processing time may also depend on your payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable unless items have manufacturing defects.
- Custom or personalized items may not be returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

It takes 5-7 working days after we receive the product to check that it arrives in your account.
30-day money-back guarantee for any reason
Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason such as bad weather or transportation problems for a full refund. Once the returned item arrives back at the SAVIORCOOL warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after a warranty claim is opened. Outside of this 30-day window, it is not possible to process a refund request for quality defects.
