At SAVIORCOOL, we pride ourselves on our speed and focus. We aim to deliver your item as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours - weekends and holidays excluded.

At present, our products do not have overseas warehouses, so the products are shipped from China.

Tracking

Once your order ships, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no package delay, not the tracking number status. After this period you can track your order on your country's postal website or at https://www.17track.net/en



Wrong address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct incorrect shipping addresses. If you believe that the shipping address you have provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately.



Package lost or stolen

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your respective carrier. If you have any questions about how to do this, please contact our customer support team.


Taxes and import duties

Prices stated on our website do not include sales tax.

If you order from outside the United States, we will be responsible for all customs and import taxes on orders under $2,500. If you happen to be required to pay any customs or import taxes, please contact our customer service team here with proof of payment and we will refund the fees where applicable. In some cases, orders over $800 may require customs clearance, which may cause shipping delays.

Orders shipped from outside the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
