What payment methods do you accept?

Thank you for considering SAVIORCOOL for your purchase. We offer multiple payment options to suit your convenience, including PayPal and credit card.

PayPal: With PayPal, your payment is deducted immediately upon placing your order, providing a seamless transaction experience.

Credit Card: Alternatively, you can choose to pay using a debit or credit card. With this option, your card will be charged once your order is shipped, ensuring a smooth process.

Rest assured, whether you opt for PayPal or credit card, you are not ordering directly from those platforms but utilizing their secure payment systems to complete your transaction.

Placed an order by accident or need to change a size quickly?

Did you accidentally place an order or need to make a quick size change? Reach out to us at support@saviorcool.com with "Cancel - {order number}" in the subject line. We monitor "Cancel" emails regularly throughout the day.

Please note that our system is optimized for swift order processing. Once an order has been fulfilled, it may be too late to cancel. If your order has already been processed and you wish to return it, please follow our Returns process.

Order

How can I cancel my last order?

Please contact us at support@saviorcool.com. Our customer service team member would help you with this issue. However, if the order is shipped, we may not be able to withdraw the shipment. You could reject the package upon delivery.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@saviorheat.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

I bought a heated glove last week but now the price is lower! Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 7-day price match on your purchase. If the price goes down over the 7 days after your purchase, we will refund the price difference for you. Please contact us at support@saviorcool.com with your order number and your claim for a price match.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@saviorcool.com , we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

The product I want is out-of-stock, how can I order it?

Our inventory is the quantity of goods in the nearest warehouse. If you find that the desired goods are out of stock. Please contact us. 

We will send you the same products from other warehouses. At the same time, we will inform you of the timeliness of logistics (the transportation time will become longer due to the distance)

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

An account is not required to place an order. You can checkout as a Guest, but setting up an account expedites the checkout process for future orders.

How can I unsubscribe from receiving emails?

Please click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the SAVIORCOOL newsletter email you received.

Where is the product made? Is this a US-made product?

SAVIORCOOL is committed to providing well-made, affordable thermal clothing that makes it easy for everyone to stay warm. We have searched the globe for manufacturers and ultimately used top Chinese manufacturers to produce products that meet SAVIORCOOL standards.

If you know of an American manufacturer with superior performance, we'd love to check it out.

I forgot to use a discount. Can I get a refund for that?

We can refund the eligible discount amount of the orders that are placed within the valid period of the discount. You can reach out to our Customer Service team at support@saviorcool.com to get a discount amount refund.

🚚​SHIPPING & DELIVERY​

Can I receive products purchased on SAVIORCOOL where I am located?

If you are in another country/region, we can ship fast to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

We will ship from our warehouse in mainland China, delivery times may vary from country to country/region depending on distance.

Customers from other regions can contact our customer service at support@saviorcool.com to confirm that we can ship to your country/region.

Do you have overnight delivery service?

Overnight delivery service is not available so far. The fastest shipping we have would take 3-5 days to deliver the package.
